Description
Fence along South Regatta is falling down and broken down in many areas. Residents where tole the State of California Parks Department was doing an "Environmental Study" to determine what the best fix would be. Does anyone know who to contact to find out how the "Study" is going and when we may see some action on this?

I'm surprised no one has taken pieces of the fence and thrown it on the road to slow down speeders.
