With the historic amount of snow we have had in a 24 hour period, digging out as a community has taken much longer than we would have liked. DPW continues snow removal and road widening operations, LCI has been delivering snow shoveling warnings, and 203-946-8221 is still the number to call for assistance with storm related questions and information. The city’s website provides current information: www.cityofnewhaven.com

After weeks of clean up, we are closing snow issues. LCI Neighborhood Specialists followed up on all shoveling issues. Thanks.

the sidewalks have still not been shoveled or cleaned and snow is still present especially the corner of whitney avenue and burns road

I second this comment...not sure what LCI is but they didn't do anything here.

LCI is the Livable Cities Initiative and they have been both deluged with calls because of people not shoveling and harrassed beyond belief when they do issue citations, its a no-win for them.
