I’m a long time resident that has lived on Lake Lindero Dr. a majority of my life. The speeding that occurs on this street is out of control. People have no regard for the fact that they are driving through a residential neighborhood. The speed bumps do nothing. The city needs to create steeper speed bumps, put up a few more speed limit signs and have our local sheriff department hang out at least once or twice a week until people realize they need to slow down. It has become a major artery for peacock ridge residents and people attending Yerba Buena. As a long time resident I’m bummed my kids can’t play out in the front yard, I’m bummed I can’t back out of my house comfortably and more importantly I’m disappointed in the blatant disregard for the law and the residents. Please do something about this and let’s take care of our neighborhood.

So Clint here is how is goes. Nathan will forward this to Louis and they will say they have informed the sheriffs and people will continue to speed. It’s been years with this problem and this is how it goes.

Louis. Last night someone drove by doing around 60MPH. Can you please do something besides just notifying the Sherrifs? How about we increase the size of the speed bumps to slow people down? The purpose of speed bumps is to cause damage to a vehicle going significantly over the speed limit. How are these speed bumps doing any good at all if people can drive trucks and SUV's over then at 60MPH?

All for increasing the size of speed bumps and support your efforts in slowing down drivers, but posting stills of cars don't show that these cars are speeding.

This is really bad in the peak of school Times. Amazing how fast I have seen people fly down this street !
