No parking signs & red curbs, yes. It already has a size restriction on one side of the street but it's not enough - if cars are parked on both sides the road becomes a one-lane road and causes a ton of drama if two cars are trying to head in opposite directions. With the grocery store there it's a headache.
Alternately - and this probably is the better approach - convert it to a one-way street (heading East / uphill) from Fruitvale to Sunset. Sunset south of Lynde and E27th from Sunset to Fruitvale are already one-way streets.
