Broken Sidewalk

As a frequent walker on this stretch of State Street, I would say this section is the worst. I wonder if this repair could be done with all the other patches needed because of the new streetlight project?

Has this been put on the review/repairs list for 2011?

Just wondering if this has been resolved.

Any response from Public Works?
Rob/Howard?

I see that asphalt patches were placed around the neighborhood but this did not look resolved.

Howard, when can we walk the street and take a look at this?

John/Howard - Any update on this? This is, by far, the worst sidewalk throughout the State Street corridor. Because of the heavy use by pedestrians, and also due to severe flooding that currently renders the intersection & sidewalk completely unusable, this sidewalk is in need of immediate repair.

Can you help us get this resolved?

This sidewalk is dangerous and in DIRE need of repair....not only is it broken but is so raised and buckled in areas that anyone could easily trip and fall into the street as it's on the corner...

I notice that Laydon has sprayed a few sidewalks for repair in the neighborhood including one across the street.

This corner did not appear to be sprayed. Can we make sure that the handicap ramp and sidewalk here are on the repair list.

Roland, can u help us get this fixed. I believe the walk is breaking because of a street tree.
