The no smoking sign at the trail entrance by the basketball court has been pulled up and is lying on the ground.

Well some ambitious person has come along and leaned the sign against the nearest tree - but it's still in need of a permanent home. While you're at it, you might want to clean off the extra text that suggests weed is the only thing you CAN smoke at the park.
