We also have the same thing happening on the City of Vallejo property between the Benicia State Park & and many that their fences butt up to residence fences in the Glen Cove area. For over 30 years they have cut or three or four times had the goats come. This year they cut a very small 6 inch cut from the fence. Whoever was hired didn’t finished the job. It’s a fire hazard at this point. What happened?
