Description
This car comes and parks every day, sometimes multiple times a day, playing its stereo with bass so loud we can hear it clearly inside our home. Today like most days there are people at the park playing sports, walking, etc and the music is clearly so loud that it is disturbing anyone nearby at the park, and anyone who lives near the park.
The funny thing is they are parked right by the sign with park rules, including no loud amplified music without a permit.d
