Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. Neither the City of St Petersburg nor Pinellas County has an animal services department dealing with wild animals. The City of St Pete will only address wildlife in their natural habitat if they show aggression.
Nuisance wildlife on private property (Bees, Coyotes, Gators, Racoons, Feral Cats, and Free-range roosters and Chickens) needs to be addressed by privately licensed handlers, trappers, or transporters. View a current list of trappers on the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website.

Pinellas County provides resources and actions for residents with concerns about free-roaming community cats, illegally tethered or lost animals, injured wildlife, and other urban animal issues. You can learn more at the Pinellas County Animal Services site.
