Description
Vacant lots are being used as dumping grounds and are extremely overgrown. Perfect conditions for rats and snakes. Street gutters are covered by grass and weeds which make drainage impossible. Weeds and trees are overgrown on utility lines also. Please assist with cleaning up the street.
