As someone who drives on Smithbridge everyday between work and home I have noticed an issue on the northbound 202 side near the Bruster's site. Cars going northbound on 202 seeking to turn right onto Smithbridge Road going in the direction towards the Garnet Valley schools often turn in front of oncoming traffic because they cannot see the oncoming traffic on Smithbridge. Cars also usually use the shoulder as there is not a designated right turn lane from northbound 202 onto Smithbridge. They should put up a no turn on red sign so these potential accidents are avoided before it is too late.
