I just want to thank the City of Renton for the amazing services provided from Police/Fire response times to the amazing Transportation maintenance crews. I have no doubt the city will be rectifying this tagging as soon as crews are available.

I'm not sure who Andy is referring to when he states someone or something is tolerating turning Renton into a garbage dump.
