Description

White late model Cadillac Eldorado, apparently stolen, parked on Meadows Drive, and stripped of all 4 wheels. The automobile is set up on jacks/ blocks. License plates have been removed. If this vehicle remains on the street, it will, most likely, be stripped of more components and dismantled.
