Thank you for reporting this issue using SeeClickFix. An inspection was performed today and it was determined that only one of the trees seems to be on top of the rail fence. The other is a dead limb and was cut some point in the past. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance of these trees and the City will notify them to make them aware of this issue. I’m on the board of MREHOA so I can discuss with board about taking care of that limb. Will the tree be taken care of?
