These vehicles drive around and park in the wetlands. They also enter and exit the road erratically, creating a dangerous situation.

The “ residents” have increased the square footage of their encampments and have multiple vehicles including , trailers, motorbikes, cars and RV’s parked in a public park - this is illegal, based on the posted signs nearby. They drive them on the park trails as well creating a dangerous hazard to pedestrians.

The trash is piling up at an unbelievable rate! The way I see it, the city is in violation of its own code by not cleaning it up.

Yeah and the 9th circuit ruling does not just allow all this. And so you can't use this as an excuse. It was not meant as a free for all. The city and GVRD need to work together to get this figured out and clean up this area. Don't make the residents yo yo around and try to play tic tac toe with who to report this to. Today there was another fire which closed Wilson Avenue. City of Vallejo!!!! This is on you. Refer to GVRD, VPD and whoever can work together to fix this mess. Martin vs. Boise did not say that encampments can endanger the lives of all around them. This is a crisis that is getting worse daily!!!
