Description

there are several large holes that have formed in the CIty ROW in front of this house after tree removals were completed. over time the roots have rotted and the dirt has settled. there is one hole almost 2' deep leading into a large cavity under the grass. several people walking along this lawn area (near bus stop) have tripped and fallen. someone will break an ankle or worse. they need to be graded and filled and compacted. the homeowner has put orange cones in the large holes.
