Large hole in the fence has enabled multiple transients and trespassers to gain access into neighboring properties from this property. Pursuant to the Oakland Property Blight Code Section 8.24.020 B, Attractive Nuisance, this property is in violation and needs to be rectified to prevent further illegal and illicit activities.
