Description

There are leash laws in North Madison. Many people don't feel at ease walking down the street or taking their pet for a walk due to the dogs running loose. I watch a dog visit my yard everyday to relieve himself, and pee on everything. What makes it worse is I cant even play with MY dog outside because of these people. I'm going to start taking pictures... I think that a "dog at large" ticket costs $100.00!!!
