The City Council has given a waiver to the church in the 1800 block of Ridge Road allowing it to encumber the bike lanes on Tuesdays. This was to facilitate overflow parking during a recurring charity program. That waiver was approved by Council on 7/20/11. That being said, Capt. Niemann has indicated he will step up enforcement along this corridor for those who park in the bike lanes.
