Description

This is a green Mercedes 190E. License # 2RDF565. Front of 405 Phoenix Circle. According to my girlfriend, who lives at this address, the vehicle has been parked there for at least 5 years, not moved at anytime. The front tires are flat and there are signs of motor oil or transmission oil on the ground at front of the vehicle.
