Description

Anne Arundel County has failed our neighborhood severely in this situation regarding 302 Georgia Ave., NE. Our County Representative, Allison Pickard was contacted about this ongoing problem in January 2022 and her office referred us to an open complaint that was processing this situation. For reference it is County Case ID Z-2021-701. Since it is now 9 months later and the situation goes on and on, I checked this case record and NOTHING apparently has happened since January 2022 regarding this resident and the disgusting conditions that our neighborhood must suffer. We all have rules that we need to follow to live in society and those of us who manage to follow them are very unhappy that the County will not assist us in cleaning up this disgraceful, unhealthy eyesore that is blighting our community. I have other pictures of the front of the house which is just as bad. Furthermore the resident of this property is operating a pickup truck full of more garbage that is parked on the public street without proper tags. He recently received a green tow tag which he promptly ripped off the truck and has covered his rear license plate area with a blanket. The MD tag he was using expired in 2012 and he sometimes displays an expired Maine license tag depending on the day. It is obvious beyond the major hoarding problem this residence has, he also does not believe that any rules and laws are for him to follow. We need your help! Our next stop will be the press and the County Executive.
