Description

The back-up to this light from CA-13 is very long around 8:15-8:30 - sometimes taking 4+ green light cycles to get through the light While the 5+ wait is frustrating, my bigger concern is that the backup reaches so far that cars approaching from CA-13 are still near full speed when they get to the backup.-
