Description

We live at the corner of 14th and Thomas and watch dozens of near-miss (and sometimes not near-miss) accidents each week. Cars barrel around the traffic circle from all directions without stopping. Cars coming up the hill on Thomas have limited visibility and often don't see other cars or pedestrians enter the intersection. Crossing the street here as a pedestrian can be downright scary at times.

The intersection should be treated as an implicit 2-way stop (on 14th), but either no one understands that or cares. The intersection needs stops signs on 14th and possibly a caution sign on Thomas before the intersection.
