This looks like the homeowner needs to do some maintenance on their property not the City...

This issue is NOT closed because this is inside the Costa Del Rio LMD and if you REALLY, REALLY look at the LMD lines you will see that the parcel map does not show the LMD line that crosses Moonraker Drive because it is UNDER a line that shows the distance across the street, 56.67'. I placed a red dashed line where the map should show the LMD boundary crossing Moonraker . I do not want to close the issue. I will be meeting with Don Burton during the week to review the maps.
