Need for 4-way stop signs at 11th Ave and E. 18th. Multiple recurring traffic collisions.

From D2 constituent who lives at the interesection: "Myself and concerned neighbors (cc'd) are willing to collect signatures from neighbors and follow steps similar to the City's process to install speed bumps if collecting signatures is necessary to get stop signs installed here.

In spite of this intersection having a well documented history of collisions (see original email), being in a disadvantaged neighborhood, and being located two blocks from an elementary school AND outside of Harbor House (which provides after school programming for at-risk children, among many other great services), the City of Oakland and OakDOT denied my previous request for traffic calming at this intersection last year (see attached) in spite of OakDOT claiming to prioritize projects that meet the criteria I mentioned above."
