Shrubs in sidewalk right of way obstruct views at intersection making it dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians. Vehicles must pull past stop sign on the north side of Englehardt in order to see if road is clear to turn/cross Erinsbrook into neighborhood.

Tree/shrub and weeds are growing out into the right turn lane near Walmart on New Bern avenue. If you were to pass the bus stop at Walmart and turn left it would be on your right hand side

Triangle Sight Distance when turning off Barrett Drive is blocked by construction fence.

There's a camping tent set up in the middle of the Western Blvd median.

The pedestrian crosswalk signal to cross Capital Blvd from the Trawick side to the Huntleigh side (the signal on the IHOP corner) is obstructed by tree branches.

Leaves piled in street too high making it hard to see anything - cars or pedestrians - when driving down the street. Safety issue.

This bush by the street completely obscures your view to the left. I didn't get a pic at the time so this is Google street view. You have to pull into the lane to be able to see oncoming traffic. So not exactly ideal.

Difficulty viewing proper distance when pulling out of Davis St. Turning left onto Oberlin from Davis St. can be very difficult due to the lack of sight around the curve. Visual obstruction is incoming traffic from the right. Perhaps a mirror on the telephone pole adjacent of the intersection could help drivers see further down the road before pulling out.

Tree is down on Mitchell Mill Road near the corner of Singleleaf lane. It is not blocking the sidewalk but it does make it difficult to see when existing Neuse Crossings subdivision.
