Overgrown trees and weeds on city property. Homeless people have to be sent away by myself and neighbors. Neighbor cuts weeds to keep homeless from setting up encampment. Dry weeds are a fire hazard. Trees growing close to PG&E wires. The empty lot is unsafe with all these weeds and trees. Next to freeway where encampments are setup.

We use to have a view 2 years ago of the water, city, and Mountains with a beautiful sunset view. Now it's over grown brushes that's as tall as some trees. Lemongrass looking baby skycrapers. It's just ugly an might be an encampment. Homeless come out from somewhere and people drive up an gone in for a few hours an then leave. Need a 📸 put up. This area was known for being a stolen car lot with messing catalytic convertors not to long ago.

We have been advised by surrounding neighbors that the area behind our property is owned by the city. I am reaching out because that area has been over grown with weeds and rotten trees, which is a fire hazard to the surrounding homes. The dead leaves that have piled up has also clogged the drainage dip that leads into the city sewer. To whom can I contact directly to have this looked at? We are worried that we may have a high risk Fire Season this year and this area with the dead leaves, branches and trees is dangerous and could pose a threat to the surrounding homes and families.

City owned lot needs Mulch, wood chips or? The neighbors volunteer to maintain this lot from weeds and trash, but it is getting much harder as the mulch is getting thin in many areas. The city used to spread wood chips, but not in many years. It would look like the weed filled lot on the other side of Farragut without volunteers and mulch. Please help us maintain Vallejo's Lot. We can slowly spread the mulch if the city can't.
