As concerned neighbors, we have been picking up tenants trash which has its origins at 85 5th street, Stadium District, Tacoma which is behind our residence. This issue continues every week. Landlord does not provide enough trash cans for the volume of trash generated by tenants. The city recyclable trash cans were removed 2 months ago. We and others have brought this issue up to the city of Tacoma and complained on numerous occasions but this problem persists. Now the trash is in the street and cars are running over it...again.

This is dangerous because many cars speed down this hill and can cause an accident if the rocks and gravel pops their tires. Why not build a park or dog park for all the people and children in the area to enjoy. Rather than leave it for an open rally course or dumping ground because people occasionally dump their trash on this site. -
