Citizen states there is a ditch behind this property that is stopped up and when it rains it floods their backyard. Requesting it be cleaned out.

Clean and cut the ditch across the street from 5301 Division Ave, it has been clogged up since last year and was never cleaned out and the rain has caused it to flood coming up to the street.
