Macon-Bibb County PLUS

I reported about this dog and another dog early last week. This dog is back. Loose and running toward anyone that is walking in the street. The dog goes to the house on the coner. NOT UP THE STREET. Berkshire and Winston Dr. Corner house. Red truck and Tanish van is where the dog run/go back to.

This poor dog is always tied up. It appears some days it might get short leashed because it gets wrapped around a tree. It has a dog house but it appears it may not be able to always access it due to the short lead. It has been left out in below freezing weather. It also appears it may not always have access to water. I have never seen anyone attending to the dog.
